Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time for another client to fill your spot. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your service. Same day cancellations and no shows will result in a 75% charge. I totally get that life happens and emergencies/illness will occasionally occur! However, if last minute cancellations become a reoccurring theme, I will have to implement this policy. This is to ensure consideration and mutual respect for my clients and my business. I’m so grateful for y’all and appreciate your understanding! XOXO
